Reporting Algorithm
At Trust AI, we understand that AI and machine learning algorithms are increasingly part of our everyday decisions, from medical diagnoses to financial advice. While these technologies can be powerful tools, they can sometimes create concern or doubt for customers, patients, or end users. Perhaps a decision doesn’t feel fair, or there seems to be bias or incorrect conclusions from an algorithm.
Suspect?
If you have any doubts about an algorithm or suspect that something is wrong with a decision made by an AI/ML system, you can report this by filling out our online form.
Need proof?
You do not need to provide any technical evidence. As an end user, you only need to describe the situation in which you experienced a problem or doubt. Our team will then assess whether the algorithm needs to be further investigated.
Voluntarily
Companies are not required to have a quality mark or to cooperate with the reports. The quality mark is voluntary and intended for companies that want to go a step further in ensuring the reliability of their AI systems.
Goal
We collect reports to gain a broader understanding of how AI systems are used and experienced in practice. This information helps us advise companies on improvements and helps us promote transparency and responsible use of AI.
